What each package includes

First Look covers one page, or one journey such as signing up or paying, and includes a spoken walkthrough of about ten minutes and a written report.

Standard Spoken Audit covers up to eight key pages or journeys, and includes the full testing engine, a spoken walkthrough, a full transcript, an accessible written report, and fixes ordered by how much harm each problem causes rather than by how easy it is to repair.

Extended Audit covers up to twenty pages or templates, with sampling, an inventory of documents such as PDFs, and findings worked through with you.

Verified Audit is our most thorough audit, adding a recorded screen reader review by our founder personally. Places are limited each month.

Prices for each package are published on our Pricing page.

Permission to test

We will only ever test a website with written permission from its owner, or from someone authorised by them. If you ask us to test a website, you are confirming that you have the authority to do so.

What a report is, and what it is not

Our reports describe what we found on the date of testing. They are not a guarantee of legal compliance. Websites change, standards are matters of judgement as well as measurement, and no report can promise how a court or a regulator would view your site.

Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are those published on our Pricing page at the time we agree the work.

Tofadachi AI and IT Solutions UK LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to these prices.

Audits bought online are paid in full before work starts.

Organisations invoiced instead pay half on booking and half on delivery of the report. Invoices are payable within fourteen days of the invoice date.

Late payment on business invoices may carry interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Interest Act 1998.

Work starts only when payment or a purchase order, and written permission to test, are both in place.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for the work concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
