Accessibility statement for tofadachiaianditsolutionsukltd.com

This accessibility statement applies to the website tofadachiaianditsolutionsukltd.com, and to tofadachiaianditsolutionsukltd.co.uk, which forwards to it. This website is run by Tofadachi AI and IT Solutions UK LTD.

Why we publish this statement

We are a private company, so the public sector accessibility regulations do not require us to publish one. That is not the same as saying no law reaches us. The Equality Act 2010 requires us to make reasonable adjustments, and that duty is anticipatory, not something that waits for a complaint. We publish this page because we build for people who are blind and partially sighted, and it would be strange to ask anyone to trust us on that without saying plainly how our own site performs. Our founder uses a screen reader every day, so every fault on this page is one he meets before you do.

How you should be able to use this website

We have designed this website so that you should be able to:

We have also written the text as plainly as we can.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability, at https://mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk

What we are aiming for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA, and to go beyond it where we can on text size, contrast and the size of things you have to press. It is the standard we would ask of any organisation we assess, so it is the standard we hold ourselves to.

How accessible this website is today, stated honestly

We have not yet completed a full assessment of this website, and we will not claim otherwise. We will state our compliance status here once a full assessment is complete, and we will keep known problems listed here rather than quietly removing them.

Something we found and fixed

The photograph that was on our home page once had a text description that ended with instructions written for a photographer, words about morning light, no logos and nothing staged. Those words told a listener nothing. An automated checker would not have caught it, because a description was technically present. We have corrected it. We mention it deliberately, because it is exactly the kind of fault only a human ear finds, and it was on our own site.

Known problems

Our automated, contrast and keyboard checks on the date below found no remaining failures. Those checks cannot find every problem, which is why a full human assessment is our next step.

We have not yet listened to this website with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver, so we have not claimed above that it works with them. It is built to, and our checks of headings, landmarks, reading order and keyboard order found nothing wrong, but until a person has heard it we will not say so.

Feedback and reporting problems

If you meet something on this site that does not work by ear, by keyboard, or with whatever you use, we want to know, and you will not be treated as a nuisance for saying so. Write to info@tofadachiaianditsolutionsukltd.com and tell us which page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days, and to tell you plainly whether we can fix it, when, and what to do in the meantime.

If you need anything from this site in a different format, such as plain text or an audio recording, ask and we will do our best to provide it.

If you are not happy with our response

The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the accessibility regulations for public bodies, which do not cover this private website. The Equality Act 2010 does apply to us. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can get free, independent advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service, at https://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com

What we are doing next

We will carry out a full assessment of this website using our own Yochaguard testing engine together with a recorded screen reader review by our founder, and we will publish the results here. We will review this statement at least every six months, and after any significant change to the site.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 21 September 2026 and last reviewed on 22 September 2026. The website was last checked on 22 September 2026 by Tofadachi AI and IT Solutions UK LTD, using automated testing with axe-core, colour contrast checks and keyboard testing of every page. A full assessment including a human screen reader review has not yet been completed.
