Your right to cancel
Consumers buying online have fourteen days to cancel.
If you ask us to start straight away
If a consumer asks us to start within those fourteen days and then cancels, we may charge for the work already done.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund in full.
