Tofadachi AI and IT Solutions UK LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. Our registration reference is ZC244404. It was registered on 10 September 2026 and is due for renewal on 9 September 2027.
What we collect and why
We collect what people send us, such as names, email addresses and website addresses. We use it to answer enquiries and to deliver audits.
Payments
Payments, when introduced, will be handled by Stripe, and we never see card numbers.
Selling information
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for no longer than two years unless the person becomes a client. We keep client records for six years for tax purposes.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
