Partners
If you run a search engine optimisation firm, design or build websites, or run a digital marketing or social media agency, accessibility is not a service you have to compete with us to offer. You can sell it, and we will do the listening.
We do not design websites in competition with our partners, and we do not go around an agency to its client. You keep the relationship. We provide the audit.
Two ways to work with us
Referral
You introduce the client. Tofadachi contracts with the client directly, and we deal with them from there. Once the client has paid, you receive twenty per cent of the first audit fee.
This suits an agency that wants the client looked after without taking on the delivery or the invoicing.
White label
You buy the audit from us at thirty per cent below the published price, and you receive an unbranded report to present under your own name.
This suits an agency that wants accessibility to sit inside its own offering, under its own brand, at its own price.
Our published prices are on the Pricing page, and how an audit runs is set out on How it works.
Why this matters to your clients
Two different duties sit behind this work. The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply to public bodies, such as councils, schools and health bodies. The Equality Act 2010 applies to businesses, and its duty to make reasonable adjustments is anticipatory, meaning it does not wait for somebody to complain.
There is a practical reason as well as a legal one. Much of what makes a page work for somebody using a screen reader is the same work that makes it legible to a search engine. Honest headings in a sensible order, text that describes images, links that say where they go, and a page that can be read without a mouse. A site that reads well by ear tends to read well to a crawler.
You can do the repairs
Our audit finds the problems and orders them by how much harm each one causes to a real person. It does not tie the repairs to us. You can be paid by your client to carry out those repairs yourself, and we will retest afterwards so everybody can see what changed.
Permission, always
We test nothing without written permission from the website's owner. If you are introducing a client, that permission comes from them, or from somebody they have authorised. We will ask for it before any testing begins, on a referral and on a white label audit alike.
